Our stay was such great, loved amazing and gorgeous breakfasts.
The place was clean and we loved single room. The hotel was in a very central location within walking distance of everything. It was also near the river, play park, sports centre and shops and a great local pub which had amazing food.

The weather was pleasant, had enjoyable stay for a visit to Scone Palace. The rooms themselves were nicely decorated with good selection of goodies. The location was perfect, a 10-15 minute walking distance from Perth Theatre.

We had a really comfortable stay for Perth Northern Soul Club visit.
The breakfast was marvellous and gorgeous as for the home made scones & cakes and had lots of food. Greatly enjoyed the quiet and bright room with a big shower to use as well and the way it was setup.

No reason to complain, I recommend this hotel. Thank you very much for the very nice stay for Perth Northern Soul Club visit. The staff is affable and easygoing, and the owner too. The breakfast is amazing as for the home made scones & cakes and the location is unbeatable!

The breakfast was delicious and the hosts were friendly and welcoming. The scrambled eggs were the best I've ever had and the mushrooms were cooked to perfection. The hosts were extremely accommodating and allowed us to bring our dogs along, which was a big bonus. The location of the hotel was also great, being close to the city center and within walking distance of many attractions.
The cleanliness of the accommodation was not up to par. The rooms were not as spotless as expected and there were some maintenance issues that needed attention.
